Vincent's journey began in 2016 when he founded Dream Innovative, a renovation and construction company. From major renovation projects to minor repair work - even something as simple as replacing a light bulb - he was always willing to help.

During the early years, Vincent personally led his workers, supervised projects and ensured every job was completed properly. Integrity and accountability have always shaped the way he works. To him, a warranty is more than a promise on paper: if an issue arises, the team returns to site and works towards a proper solution.

In 2020, when the MCO brought renovation work to a standstill, Vincent saw another way to serve customers. He established EHM Aircon and introduced its signature Water Bag Chemical Service.

The method faced doubt at first, but Vincent believed air-conditioning care should evolve with technology. Modern customers needed a cleaning process that was effective, more efficient and more convenient for busy lives.

Since then, EHM has continued to improve its equipment, service process, customer support and after-sales care - making the journey from booking to warranty support smoother year after year.
